We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contact details unless you voluntarily provide them — for example, by emailing our support team or submitting the contact form on this website.
To generate personalized vocabulary lists, dialogues, and stories, multilangAi sends limited contextual information — such as your selected language pair, topic, subtopic, and proficiency level — to a third-party AI language model provider (OpenAI). This request does not include your name, email, or any other directly identifying information.
The AI-generated text and audio returned by the provider is displayed within the app and, where applicable, cached locally on your device for offline access. Please note that your use of AI-generated content is also subject to the AI provider's own data handling practices for API requests, in addition to this Privacy Policy.
Learning content you've already generated — vocabulary, dialogues, stories, and progress markers — is stored locally on your device using a local database (Room). This allows you to study offline and keeps your learning history under your control. This local data is not automatically transmitted to our servers and is removed if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
If enabled on your device (e.g., via App Store or OS-level diagnostics settings), we may receive anonymized crash reports and basic performance diagnostics to help us identify and fix bugs. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual users.
multilangAi does not require you to register or create an account to use the app. Your language preferences and learning progress are tied to your device rather than to a personal profile on our servers.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed by multilangAi, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for any requests sent to our AI provider and secure local storage on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
