By downloading, installing, or using multilangAi (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
multilangAi is a language learning application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized vocabulary lists, dialogues, and short stories based on a language pair, topic, and proficiency level that you select. The App also provides text-to-speech audio, offline access to previously generated content, and basic progress tracking.
Content displayed within the App — including vocabulary, example sentences, dialogues, and stories — is generated using artificial intelligence based on the inputs you provide (language, topic, level). While we strive for accuracy and educational quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, unnatural phrasing, or content that does not perfectly reflect native usage.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided "as is" for learning and reference purposes, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional translation, certified language instruction, or native speaker verification in contexts where precision is critical (e.g., legal, medical, or official documents).
multilangAi is intended solely for personal, educational language-learning purposes. It is not a certified language proficiency testing service, and completion of lessons within the App does not constitute an official qualification, certification, or proof of language proficiency for immigration, employment, academic, or any other official purpose.

The App, including its design, branding, logo, source code, and underlying technology, is the property of multilangAi and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
AI-generated content displayed within the App is provided for your personal learning use. You may not claim ownership of, or redistribute for commercial gain, content generated through the App without our prior written consent.
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (or Google Play, where applicable) and are subject to the respective platform's terms and payment policies. Refunds are handled directly by Apple/Google in accordance with their own refund policies — we do not process payments or refunds directly.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, multilangAi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws.
